P0190 Error after startup; just had car tuned. HELP

I had my car tuned today. After driving it a bit and stopping the car at a store, I got a check engine light on startup. The code is P0190 "FUL RAIL PRS S CIR ER". Car runs fine. I cleared the code and drove it some more. After a few starts, it again got the same code on startup.

Some get this code when their FRPS has gone bad but it seems that usually happens at WOT. Is there something else I can check?

I have an open track event tomorrow so need a fix ASAP.

Some more info:

The car is running a 2.8 pulley and ported blower.

Today's tune switched from a Mile-Hi/Diablo tune to a custom SCT tune with a 2600 SCT MAF (the stock MAF was pegged at 5800 RPM).

The PPRV has been deleted for about a year.

So, the only thing that changed is the switch to a new SCT tune and larger MAF and the related dyno runs to get the tune done (not sure how many runs; I wasn't present).

You will need to create some datalogs to further evaluate, most importantly stft's.
