PA Bellhousing MODULAR to TH400 or C4

I have a brand new PA bellhousing with the ring adapter, so it will fit either a C4 or a TH400. I dont want to seperate the bell and ring, so they come as a pair. I decided to go a different route so need to get rid of this. Bell is brand new with a SFI manufacture date of August 2009. I am asking 450 shipped plus any paypal fees. Im losing a bit of money on this as the bell is 359 and the ring is 165 new from PA dealers which is 524 plus the shipping on top of that. I have about 575 into it.
