PA LEO's, motor vehicle related question

I've spent some time looking on Pa's DMV/vehicle registration site and don't have a clear answer.

If I buy a Pa. car, have the title, and proof of other vehicle insurance, a bill of sale, etc. does/will Pennsylvania issue me a 'travel tag' or temporary registration and a paper plate so that I may drive said vehicle back to my home state for registration tags and inspection?
