Not sure I understand the question fully. Are you wanting to put an 03 motor in your 01 Cobra?

oops i meant 03 blower on 01 cobra motor
SHouldn't be a problem at all. They are essentially the same motor below the SC as far as mounting and dimensions go.
The front accessories may have a different routing or placement on the 03. Just make sure you check the routing and if necessary buy the mounting brackets from an 03. I know the Alt has to be moved, so that is one difference. Also check the cooling system. The radiator hoses might be routed a little different due to the intercooler and SC on the 03.

yeah i know i need the mounting brackets and all that. and i know that lower intake has to be replaced so the s/c can mount on it. but i wasnt sure about all the cooling lines, i/c and small stuff
