Painting HE... What kind of paint?

I am looking to paint my raw finsh gords HE black, what would be the best paint to use to keep heat transfer up?

Order radiator paint from Eastwood. Very thin buildup and designed for your application.

I actually called Gord and talked to him about this 2 years ago when I painted my HE and I believe he uses Krylon Flat Black to paint them from his shop. It's what I used and has held up nicely but I can't tell you how it's hamdled heat dissapation.
