My parking brake light went on and off about three times all while I was warming up my car with e brake on. It also shows a little exclamation point next to it. What does this mean? When I drive it stays off and the fluid is at max

Probably a dirty switch down by the e-brake handle. I'd spray it with some contact cleaner and see if it gets any better.
Agree use the electronic spray cleaner on it.
