Can anyone tell me what these parts are?

FMC 3L5Z 3A697 AA Reservoir Asy
SPO F85Z 6570 BA Indicator Asy - Oil
N620482 S2
W703972 S900

These are listed on the repair paperwork for the head replacments on my wifes car and they don't sound like normal parts needed for the job that was done. I'm wondering what they may have broke while doing the work since it took 11 days. The story was they had to order additional gaskets which is total BS in my opinion.

By the way, the car is back and so far it's quiet.

The bottom two look like specialty type items...bolts, fasteners, clamp, etc. I'll bet you a beer the indicator is an oil dip stick. I can't help you with the reservoir.
