Pass gas on a cop = Battery?

The officer said it was a pretty strong odor, I don't know.... 
I don't think that will ever hold up in court.
Thats great. That place is about an hour from me. Now I won't be going shopping there and farting at the same time because I don't want arrested. South Charleston, WV police are definitely a different breed. I just did not know they considered smelly wind to be an assault. BA HA HA HA.
Cop should have Tazed him,that would have Learned him...
But what if the sparks would have ignited the gas. HA HA.
I've often wondered if smokers could be charged with battery for blowing smoke in someone's face, this may give me the answer.
