You are using E85 correct? Also what rear tires are you running?

Correct, the car is on E85.

As for the rear tires, I have 285 ET Street SS with 20 PSI. They kinda hook in second gear depending on the surface and temperature of the roads and definitely do not hook in 1st. That's fine by me though as this is a bakery car for the most part.

Well, for 18" wheels I don't know if grip can get much better than the ET Street SS. I am considering trying the NT05R or a Toyo tire next. Hopefully, they are comparable to an extent.

Right now I'm looking for something for a 19" wheel for every day use the will have some chance of standing up to 650-700whp. Not necessarily from a dig but mainly from a roll.
