Since the performance pack comes with 2 shock settings specifically setup for the springs that are on the car and the tires on the car...

Would it be counter intuitive to lower the car or change out the wheels with different tire heights, ect? Trying to decide if i want to keep the performance pack option or not, and wasn't really sure how it would work if i changed all this stuff out. Im thinking now it may be better to go base and do my own lowering/ coilover setup ect.

honestly I dont know but that was one reason I opted not to get the svtpp. I knew I would want to lower the car or tinker with the suspension. and I would also end up getting wheels and tires that were different from stock.
