Photoshop Help

I was wondering if anybody counld photoshop this picture for me. I want to paint my car like this but im not sure how it would look so I figured I would see what you guys could do. I would like
-black mirrors
-black roof and pillars
-black Fr500s with a polished lip
-smoked headlights

sorry about the size of the pic but its the biggest one that I have

no, I went out today and took a couple pics and they all were small when I put them on the computer.

Then your settings are off in your camera. You must have it set to the lowest resolution.
