The Paul's High Performance High-Flow Air Box is no copy - We designed it. It incorporates a conical K&N air filter and a stainless steel outer shell while adding 20+ horsepower and torque.

Its all metal construction. Check it out. Comes with all the hardware to attach it as well.

Hmmm .. I'll have to look tonight. I will find out about the 99 Cobra for you. I can take some more pics of the attachment. I think it just bolts to the MAF.
