Pi heads porting or not?

Anybody have any info on whether or not it is worth porting a set of pi heads for a NA setup? If porting is done do I need to change PI cams as well? Any info would be great.

The PI heads arent too bad to start with. IMO it would be better to swap them out for some TFS heads if anything.
