Wow what a difference a tune makes with these cars!!! Went and picked up a xcal 3 from a local dealer and he threw a tune on the car from a previous cobra he tuned on the dyno. Said he had about 8 hrs in this tune. The cobra was stock with a drop in k&n filter. Ended up adding 62 rwhp to the car with a conservative air/fuel ratio. He changed a few things due to my mods though. So we programmed it in and the difference was incredible. Car was alot snappier and pulled HARD. Ground was alittle wet so I couldn't get the full SOTP expierience. But on the way home cruising on the thruway was a breeze. Set the cruise on 74 and the car glided along effortlessly. Even my gf noticed the difference and said something to me. Exhaust toned down at cruising speeds. It was just really amazing how the car kinda sputtered on the way there and was jerky to how smooth it came out after the tune. Big thumbs up to SCT for a great product and to tuners who can use it. lol :beer:
