I've searched but can't seem to find a good link for checking the pinion angle on our cars. I thought had one but turned out it was wrong. Anyone here an expert in this or have a good link ? Thanks
I believe you are suppose to match rear pinion angle at driveshaft and transmission output shaft angle at driveshaft the same but opposite degrees(+ and -). But as you increase horsepower you want a little more negative on the rear pinion angle (nose facing down) You more then likely will have to adjust it then road test it to see if the vibration or problem is gone. Depending on what you've done to the car like lowering it, and or relocation brackets... there probably won't be a preset number like rear 4* more negative on the rear pinion vs output shaft angle.
