1st off I'd like to hear what some y'all's first thoughts were upon reading that title...

Anyways, was intalling my covercraft pocket pod(which is awesome, btw) I came across the plug under the trunk lid...


My home is its an input source for a rear view camera to plug right into my factory nav..... But knowing ford they definitely wouldn't have made it that easy.

Can anyone help me out?

I wouldnt doubt it. Its probably cheaper to have one harness made for all cars then to have a bunch of different ones made.

I thought it was funny when my friend was telling me that his 2000 Cobra R has all the wiring for the stereo in his car even run to the spots for the speakers, yet the car comes with a radio delete.

That's probably a plug for the back up camera.

I'm really hoping it is, if so my rear view camera mod just became a DIY, now to figure out how to program the navi/reverse
