Plugs, Wires, and Tires!!!

Ok guys. I have a '98 E0 with about 80 grand on the odometer. I want new plugs and wires. What should I get? I also need new tires. I have to drive in snow in the winter so keep that in mind when you give suggestions.

Plugs, and wires? I might just go with Motocraft, and for tires, are you looking Cheap, but good tires then go with Kumhos! (Saw a commerical for them today on T.V.), had them on my SHO, and they where wicked. Or for a nice price go with some Nitto 555.
