What's everyone doing on spark plugs these days? How often are you replacing and with what brand etc?

Hmmm nobody change the plugs yet other than guys going with bottle or supercharges? Even those folks feel free to chime in. What did you go with?

I wish someone had told me this before i bought Iridium plugs for my '12 5.0 but mine already had motorcraft iridium plugs from the factory. Was a waste to buy the NGK ones, just leave em alone!
