They are not wheels because they have weights on them and I would think hard before mounting a 295 on a 9.5 wheel. Congrats on your purchase.....
You can mount lots of tire sizes on a 9.5 rim but I think a 295/35/20 will have too much tire bulge and will stick out pass the rear quarter panel with these 9.5 Shelby Venice wheels. Michelin doesn't recommend going bigger than a 285/35/20 but that's a whole dirrerent topic. I also wanted to keep the same tire height as Factory.
Are you running 9.5 and 10.5 with 285/35 and 295/35? Or do you have 9.5 all around?I am running this combo. 295/35 rear, 285/35 front.

9.5 front, 10.5 rear. 295/35 in the back. No issues.
View attachment 89217 I'm not a wheel and tire expert but if you look at my photo would you want a tire sticking pass the quarter panel? It looks close to me and would think a 295/35 would pass the quarter panel.. And this at stock height!
I finally got my wheels on today. I ended up going the following:
255/35/20 - Indy500
285/35/20 - RE-71R
i have the black Venice wheels with 285/35/20 up front, 305/35/20'out back.

You realize going from a 27.9" diameter tire to a 28.4" tire, you're only going to fill up the wheel well an additional 1/4". Just bite the bullet and get a moderate drop of 1" to fill the wheel well. There is no requirement to change out the upper or lower control arms. You may well need an adjustable panhard bar at your current ride height. Until you put wider tires with shallow offsets, it just might not be apparent. Changing out the panhard bar is not that big a deal.
Looks great! I'm considering the same setup. Is your car lowered at all? Did you just bolt up the wheels and go? Or did you have to buy new LCAs, adj panhard bar, UCA? Thx.
