what would give me the most power of the two port my eaton (lfp port) or buy a c&l inlet pipe & plenum both using sct & dyno tunning?

Ported eaton. The plenum/elbow won't really get you power per se, just allow a little better airflow potential which won't be realized until you get a SBTB as well and or a port.

The c&l upper plenum is the same performance gain as an extrude honed upper stock plenum. Get the port. And a good dyno tune.

I have a sbtb,air intake,5lb pulley,bassani exhaust.
