Positive post battery cable?

Mine is all corroded to heck and back.

Replaced them on my FOX body years ago, my internet skillz are lacking and I can't find a replacement, anyone have an idea?

Looks like a pain the butt to replace, as it appears to go way down in there.

The cable goes all the way to the starter IIRC and is taped into a harness with other wires. Can you just cut the old positive terminal off and replace it with a universal terminal from the auto parts store?
