PPRV Delete

So I'm thinking of doing the PPRV delete kit so I can get rid of the dreaded fall on its face when your driving it hard but not powershifting. Do you think I should just live with it for the time being since I am thinking of upgrading the entire fuel system and going Whipple or Kenne Bell hopefully within the next year or two?

what do you mean by falling on its face? i have a problem with my 03, if i hammer on it hard in first and dont powershift to second, it seems to fall on its face. first ford vehicle, any information would help
