There are lots to chose from. Also depends if you want a mail tune or you want to go in for a Dyno tune. There are several in the NY-NJ-Pen area.

the best custom tune will be a dyno tune at a shop worth a damn 
however is here PSP is pretty good as is JLP and LFP.
