I'm supposed to be racing my buddy's bone stock 02' Z06 next weekend, all i have in my 04' cobra is bassani cat-back, and K&N cai. Will I stand a chance? Oh and the Z06 is a 6 speed.

It should be close. I thin it's a drivers race. I do think he will start to pull you on the top end.
