As we told you last month, Jay Leno auctioned a pre-production 2016 Shelby GT350 at the Gooding & Company back on August 15 as part of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Henry Ford III and Peter W. Chiarelli, retired U.S. general who served as the 32nd vice chief of staff for the Army, were on hand to excite the bidders. The retired general even did push-ups on the stage to spur on more donations.

firstly, that's a noble cause

secondarily, that car makes just about anybody look good

thirdly, why can't I shake the thought that 6 more week of winter are ahead?
