Pricing question on a 08 with 40k miles

I may put an offer on a 08 GT500 with 40k miles. It's clean and mostly stock. What's a fair price? I did a 15 min search on threads in the market forum and to me it looks like $25k seems like a reasonable price. Anyone else have any input? I haven't priced GT500's other than today.

for 25K, it had better be perfect with 40K miles. I had a friend sell his 09 with 50K for 24K and it was damn near perfect with a few mods. I personally would throw down 23K and see what he says.

I bought an 07 with 37k miles and all the service records for 25K in September. car is in great shape, 1 small door ding dent and a chip in the front vinyl stripe. all stock except for steeda cold air intake, smaller pulley and tune. I feel that I got a good deal.
