how does the door open?
You can use the trunk button on your key fob or open your trunk and pull the cable.
so you basically gotta open your trunk everytime u wanna open it?

The door is made so it opens when you press the trunk open button. It activates the solenoid that pulls the cable to open the fuel door.

yes i know that, but i want to know before i even consider buying it, if i have to open and close my trunk everytime i fill up. :shrug:
No need to open the trunk. It pops out then you turn it. Its pretty trick. I wish it could be put on my other car. Thieves will not be able to siphon your gas with this door.
ok so then to actually open the trunk you would click the button twice?
