I recently installed BBK's LT's and offroad H-pipe. They are both leaking. The "weld" on the front tube to head flange, and the ball-flange on the h-pipe is dented from the factory.
Has anyone delt with BBK's warranty dept?
I feel as though I am no longer important, they got their money now go away.
I can't get them to return any of my calls. "Not even one"
One person told me to they would send me new parts, I just needed to contact another and give them my information. That person say they need the paperwork from the first. Day after day the same thing "he hasn't given me the paperwork yet, can't do anything til then.":cuss: :cuss:
Still nothing , and less than 2 weeks untill HOT ROD's power tour. Due to Customer service or lack there of I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING from BBK AGAIN!:gt: :gt:
