Procharged 2015 GT vs Turbo S2000

2015 Mustang GT is only running 4 psi at the moment because of a belt issue, soon to be 8-9. S2K is pushing about 420 rwhp.

s2k needs to turn up the boost. 420whp is very low for a turbo s2000. They typically belt out 500+ whp with ease. What size turbo?

Not sure what size, but I know its alittle to big for its own good. Turbo Lag is pretty bad the owner said.
