update:

I fired up this morning sounds bad ass and no coolant leaks! now time to trim the bumper cover and test drive!

My 4.25 makes 10psi just as an fyi but thats on an F1-A =) and yes, the bumper is a bitch...

another update: lots of trimming to bumper cover RH fits LH almost there wtf so close.

did you do trimming to clear the intercooler rubber elbows on the bumper cover? I have to its almost there

Sure did. There idea of "trimming" is a joke. I had to cut a lot of bumper

is the splash shield underneith sopposed to fit or did you leave it off?

I'm having a much easier time trimming without the black insert in the bumper now it fits.

I stopped running the shield because it was so hacked up after the install. I also had to trim a significant part of the bumper cover and C/S valance.
