Thanks man. I agree, but she came with it. I plan to strip all the emblems off and do some black painting on the back. I may also get rid of the Roush spoiler and go with an 03 cobra lip. Then I would like to get some black fr500s. I like that look.

Looks like a great start man. The BULLITT badge on the trunk has to go though.

That was the first thing that popped into my head. Glad to hear you're going to remove them OP.

Looks like you have a great start with some tastefully done mods. Car looks great, good color choice too!

Sub'd to see what you do with it.

The land of commies and socialists!
My goal:

Break into 12s NA. Then.... We will see what's next. Maybe turbo...

Nice mod list. I would however ditch this idea and simply get a power adder of some kind. I know this may not be what you want to do but the money you spend getting into the 12s would get you close to the purchase of a used vortech. Not to mention a power adder can put you in the 12s after one weekend of work. Yes it's cool to do stuff N/A but why spend the money twice?

And those wheels, take those to the nearest dumpster and toss them.

Strong numbers out of your car though, with tires and a hard launch it should be into the 12's. Curious as to why youre planning a retune when you aren't adding anything power related?

Thanks for the input guys. The car was cammed and tune when I bought it. I'm not sure on how the tune looks though. My buddy wants to see where I'm at, and he may make adjustments (since I added the tb, plenum, and soon to be o/r X and straight through catback).

Right now, I'm focusing on suspension, tires and chassis. I may just drop a 100 shot plate kit on afterwards and shoot for 11s instead of moving towards FI, but I'm hesitant due to the 105k on the block.

I'm really enjoying her right now and my list for improving her grows by the milliseconds.

Here is the plan for looks:

All the badges are getting shaved and wheels are going. She's getting tinted tails and some matte black love between the tail lights and bottom middle of the bumper. I'm going with 18" staggered fr500s either silver or black, some window tint and she's getting lowered 1.5 - 2 inches. I'm also filling the front plate holes and having those darn pin stripes taken off!

I will hopefully have updates soon!

Actually IMO (but probably not others) the rear 10 inch versions of those wheels don't look too bad, and it might save a few bucks.
I raced auto-x and was limited by the rules to what I could do (stock class) the 75mm throttle body, intake tube, x-pipe, intake elbow, pulleys and mufflers really woke that 2 valve up..amazingly so.

I actually think I want these now and the price is awesome for the look!

Pics can be seen here:

Front: 18x9.5, +20mm offset (~6" backspacing) 2.75" lip

Rear: 18x11, +20mm offset (~6.8" backspacing) 3.5" lip

I found this member, ( http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/pics-videos-buffet-149/874582-redfire-content-thatonecobra.html ) which is what gave me the idea. I love the aggressive look.

If I can get these suckers to fit, I'm definitely pre ordering these next week. Gotta get in on those prices!

The other purchases can wait a little.

Looks like a good bit of the solid mods are done. I would fix those headlights, remove the bullitt badges, and do some good shocks/struts and lowering springs. I ran cut stock springs and it was just to soft to enjoy on the street. Rode well on the highway for long trips though. Nice car! I would add a 100-125shot wet shot and have a fun street car that you can still toss a 87 octane tune on a cruise on long trips.

Suspension Ordered:

Strange 10 way Foxbody Struts/Shocks
Team Z CC Plates
Team Z Bumpsteer Kit
FRPP UCAs
J&M LCAs (Not Ordered Yet)
Cut Stock GT Springs (1 coil)

After that, I'm taking her to have FLSFCs done, Battle Box Torque Box Reinforcements, and I'm having the tubes welded to the pumpkin.

She will be good to go after all that!

Ok, like I said, I have a lot of changes going on. My recent changes include my suspension and exhaust.

Suspension:
-GT Springs (Front cut 1-1/4 coil, Rear cut 1 coil)
-Strange Adjustable Foxbody struts and shocks (Damn they are noisy)
MM LCAs
FRPP UCAs
MM Camber Plates
Team Z Bumpsteer Kit

Exhaust:
SSS Adrenaline Cat Back (Oh she sounds good now)
UPR o/r X-Pipe
(No retune yet)

And here's my slip from etown last night. Air was cool, but I couldn't hook for the life of me with my all season street tires. Also I was shifting for second at 5k and I still broke traction every time. I NEED ET STREETS!!! I'm 5171

IMAG0554_zpsd5243860.gif

My buddy was running his coyote next to me and broke traction in 2nd also. I'm still rubbing it it that I beat him..lol, but he did hold a 12.9 earlier. Track wasn't prepped to well.

So I'm now hunting for two 15x7 v6 rims and I'm buying 26x10.5 et streets. I'm also getting the torque boxes beefed up, welding in flsfcs and welding the axle tubes to the pumpkin.

On a second note, Sh** just got real...
