Hey guys gotta a question,
Myself and SVTFoX have put together a Terminated Fox.
Upgrades to the setup are 2.3 Whipple with a 3.0 upper and 4lb lower.
Full exhaust no cats
Throttle body-accufab
JLT short ram intake
SCT ba 2600
Ford GT pumps
60 lb injectors
And the list goes on. I will do a build thread here soon on the rest.
My question is car is at the Dyno and is maxing out pumps.
Has anyone else ran into this issue before??
We installed a boost a pump last night and going to the Dyno
This morning to see if this was the cure

Any help is needed

yes it happens all the time, you should have bought 80lbs injectors. I would recommend selling those and buying 80's. They sell for pretty much the same, so you shouldnt loose much money. Also did you do a wire upgrade for the boost a pump? If you want to stick with return less with what you have now, I would recommend doing the wire upgrade and either a modded FPDM or going dual FPDM

This is what my fuel system consist of now.:
80lb injectors,GT pumps, fore hat, -8 feed line, BAP pre-FPDM,wire upgrade, modified FPDM, upgraded wires to pumps with bigger AWG wire

From someone with a fully built returnles system I would recommend just doing a return now and be done with it.

You should be OK with the BAP. I am well over 700 RWHP with a returnless system using GT pumps, BAP, MDM Jr, Fore hat and 60s (stock lines and rails) at 65% duty cycle.

something isn't right besides fuel. How is a whipple making that much tq?

You need to get either a modded FPDM or go dual FPDM.

Something is definitely amiss, although I'm not sure what. A swap into a Fox would have been a good time to put together a return fuel system. Good luck figuring it out.
