Pulley cover Mod

I'm going to be removing my pulley guard and grinding the center out. I see alot of you wondering if the pulley guard looks better off or on.

Personally, I would keep it on for the saftey factor and possible shredding belts, but I also want to see as much of the Eaton as possible.

I think this mod would give the best of both worlds and be different. How hard it it to remove the cover anyway? The car is 1 day old and I am still busy driving it :rolling:

So you're talking about keeping the part that'd be parrallel with the belt, but taking out the front part? Sounds like a good idea. Pics when you're done?

yup, just cut out the vented part. Basically make a driveshaft loop out of it for the pulley :)
