I just wanted to make sure, but does the 3.5 pulley for the Whipple come shipped with the blower when you buy it or do you have to buy it seperately? I'm planning on going with the 3.5 upper and a 4# lower setup for my cobra so I would like to go this route and save for having to buy another pulley. Thanks.
