Not sure if I'm in the right area. I just bought a Cobra and was told both pulleys were changed. All I know is the upper pulley is a 2.76. So my question is, how to tell which lower pulley is my motor, its an 03.

I think the easiest way is to grab a tape measure and get under the car and measure the pulley.
Diameter. Ideally you want to measure across the ribs themselves, but I think you'll get close enough measuring across the face of the pulley.
