Hi, I am new to the cobras and mustangs in general as i have owned a number of LS1 cars...I recently picked up a 04 cobra, it has a ported blower on it(unsure of who ported it but know it was professionally done) The supercharger pulley measures 75mm/2.95" and the idler measures 100mm/3.94" it has the stock lower crank pulley/cage but i have a friend that works at ford and they have a metco ICPCOBRA1 setup that they ordered in for a customer who backed out...I can get this for $250... it is the +6 lb kit..
The questions i have, what boost should i be seeing with this new crank pulley or will i benefit from it or will it just be too much? I am rebuilding with a set of forged mmr/manley pistons as we speak so havent even driven the car yet.
