pulley setup?

I recently bought a 03 cobra and it is running 15-16 psi with a ported eaton I know I have an 8 pound lower on it but I do not know what my upper is. so my question is what is the best pulley setup to run? should I keep the lower or get rid of it

There isn't really a best pulley set up. Depends on what you want. But if it's working why mess with it?
