Punching bag

Im thinking about picking up a punching bag sometime this weekend. What weight of the bag do you guys suggest?

Im just gonna use it for some excerise manly. Friends will probably come over and hit it also. Its not like im trying to become some hardcore boxer or anything.

80-120lb full size heavy bag with 4-point chain and swivel, leather or synthetic leather, and padded filling, water bags suck. It should be hung so the top is 12-18 inches above your head and reach down to the average persons knee (if you are going to be kicking).

How big a guy are you? I'm 6'3", about 225. I had an 85 pounder & that thing would swing everywhere, couldn't even hit the thing.
Unless you weigh 150 pounds I'get a 120lb bag.:beer:

I have a 75 lb bag. Should of got a heavier weight but I got it with the chains and all equipment for $100. Good deal and I didn't really want to spend much more.
