quadrant and adjuster install help?

I just got the fiore adjuster and steeda quadrant and I have a couple of questions. How long would this install take for a novice? Is there a write up anywhere that I can follow, (already looked in the how to)? Which one should I install first. Can I do it without putting the car in the air?
Thanks for any help. BTW I am mechaniclly inclined, just have'nt ever dealt with a clutch before.

Yea... It's not as much hard as it is just a pain in the ass.

You have to be very "bendy" to get to the quadrant without creaking your back.
