If you check my previous post in this thread (http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?962661-question-about-headers&p=14827084&viewfull=1#post14827084), you will note that I was not able to actually go through the NYS Emissions Test because my model year is in the final year of emissions exemptions (or so the dealer insisted). So, I don't have a firm answer for New York State ... yet. The gentleman who worked on my car at Tasca Modshop is Dennis Gomes, and he can tell you directly what cars he has personally tuned and passed specific state inspections. Tasca has stated that their configuration will pass NY, NJ, CT and RI state inspections. I will say that the O2 monitors and O2 heater monitors became "ready" just as he insisted they would. Tasca does not "turn off" any O2 sensors, and all COT strategies remain in place (in short, my car has perfect drivability and street manners with Kooks headers and Kooks Green cats with H-pipe).
