question about Sumitomo HTR Z II tires.

Hi guys, i have a question for you.
my friend is in need of tires reeeaaaaal bad but he's also short on cash , and we were wondering if anybody has bought those tires and put them on any of ur cars and waht u think of them , if u recommend them or not.

well with those tires you get what you pay for, i got about 8k miles on the set i had, not the greatest but they will work

I have them in 315/35/17's and they have been on for about 4000mi and traction is a big issue with them but for the money you cant beat it. I got mine for 220 installed. I went through BFG's and Nitto's even faster. The Sumi's are very hard and last a little longer. Plus they are wider then nitto 315's and about the same as BFG's

The HTR Z II tires are not offered in 315/35/17. You are referring to the HTRZ 1 tire. The HTR Z II tires are a good tire. They still much better than the originals and do quite well the rain.
