I have Steeda heavy duty upper and lower control arms (black) in my 03 cobra. They are non-adjustable. The car has a solid axle conversion. I hear noises from the rear suspension ever since I switched to Tokico five way adjustables. The swap for the control arms and shocks were around the same time. The sound it getting worse overtime. I was stated by my local performance shop that these control arms are to help aide with launching. I think they have the urethane bushings. I called up Maximum Motorsports and they stated I have the wrong upper and lower control arms in the car for street driving. They said it would be better to have rubber bushings. They said these control arms will eventually tear out the sheetmetal around the torq boxes. Is this true? I spent over $400 on these control arms and it makes me mad if I had the wrong ones installed. Any help would be appreciated! :cuss:
