Question before I reinstalle my blower

I sent my blower for rebuild and updating the port this week. The guys who own the car before me put some thing like RTV sillicone for seeling and i remove almost all the RTV with small razor blade but there is still a bit in surfacing (pics). should i remove all the rtv or it will be good like this. I will not reuse rtv just the gasket ! sorry for bad english !

use a green scratch pad to clean it off then wipe it down with alcohol.

I used a buzz wheel with a light coarse pad and carefully remove all of it.
