If you're truly concerned and have health insurance, go to the Dr and get a full blood workup including test levels. Low test runs in my family (lucky me), so without supplementation, I'm pretty much a eunuch. In the past, I'd get "stuff" on my own, but recently my Dr. began prescribing genuine pharm-grade Test, so I'm quite pleased.

I've run Test on and off for years to facilitate my lifting, but now at age 44, I need it just to feel "normal." I take off from all supplementation and heavy weights for 4mo. straight just to let things clean out and reset, if you will, but otherwise I'm "on" the other 8mo. Keep in mind that I've been lifting consistently for 30yrs, and I'm 6'0 and my weight runs between 250-270lbs, depending on time of year and whether I'm on or off...

If you're not having boner issues, your levels are probably well within normal range, regardless of your energy levels.

If you've never tried Cialis or similar prescription med, don't knock it. You can use your junk as an engine hoist with that sh!t. Porn-star quality there, my man!

Steroids are the best route. When administrated correctly they are as harmful as vitamin-C. The media blow's the effects out of proportion. Go see your primary doctor and ask to have a testosterone test done and see what your level's are.

250mL of test-e a week divided into two shots (maybe Tuesday and Friday)

How's your diet?
Are you fat?
Do you exercise?

Look at your body as a vehicle, you want to give it the best and treat it well.

Good luck you no penis working mofo.lol jk

These are two interesting posts. One thing I'm curious about though is how being on a pharma grade testosterone booster affects your mood? Work already pisses me off enough as it is, I don't need to start smashing things too!

All I did to make sure my "energy" levels were properly maintained, get regular exercise, watch my diet more closely and make sure I get 6.5-7.5 hrs of sleep. No need for little blue pills or energy drinks yet. In fact I eliminated energy drinks completely from my diet and am down to one cup of coffee a day. Everything else is caffeine free. I feel great except for my medical issues which I have no control over.

I'm 26 and I'm also a weird combination of high-functioning autistic and ADD, so what works best for me, may not apply to you. I'm always kind of drowsy on days when I don't take adderal.so I tend to eat a lot of protein/chicken/beef jerky. Fish oil in small doses at meals is good. It increases the mass of your myelin(insulation of your neuron axons), and helps you to keep your mental capacity in check and be less overly stimulated by outside sources as the day goes on.

Don't use any of the chemical energy enhancers myself.

This! That crap is not good for you. Change your diet and excercise. I started feeling that way and still do at times, but a good diet is key. I also ride my road bike. I try to do ten miles a day and 20 to 30 miles on my days off, it helps.

I am no doctor and this is no medical advice!

Your condition is not an emergency, just your life slowly slipping
away from you from improper diet and not enough exercise.
What you are experiencing is constipation!

Drink more water, eat more fruit, get more exercise and
don't go to a doctor or take some kind of pill

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN LIFE
AND CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE!

Rub your abdomen in a clockwise circle strongly for a
good five minutes and lay flat on the ground, then roll
onto you right side, you should pass gas or feel a bowel
movement coming along.

If you don't change your habits you should get used to this feeling, it's death...

:-DGood luck!

Good grief. I didn't say I was on my death bed, just not as energetic as I use to be. Yes, I could eat more fruit, I already drink lots of water, and pinch a nice one every morning. As I said in my first post, I was just wondering if anyone has tried any of the stuff in the hundreds of commercials that are on the tv and radio all day, and if they did try one, did they like it.

If I were you I'd stay away from those products- especially as you get older. Stick with a good diet along with consistent exercise and sleep.
