Question? installation of panhard bar

I have a BMR adjustable panhard bar. My question can I back up some ramps and install these? Instructions state to jack and and use jack stands, take off stock and install new bar with jamb nuts loose, return to ride height and then turn tube to center rear. So once again can I have weight on the rear wheels to uninstall?

I'm pretty sure you need the axle loaded so ramps make sense.

there is another thread asking this same question. I didnt see that when I started this thread. But I am still not sure of the answer. jacking up from the pumpkin is like having weight on the rear.???
