I hope I've got the right terminology.
The black valve behind the IAC valve, it has two vacuum connectors at the bottom and an electrical connector on top.
Is this valve suppose to vacuum tight when the engine is not running?
I'm trying to find if I have a vacuum leak and if I put vacuum to this valve, it does not hold vacuum.
Thanks guys

That is your DPFE sensor. Spelled out that is Differential Pressure Feedback EGR sensor.

The two hoses are not vacuum hoses. They take exhaust gas from two metered exhaust ports. The sensor measures the exhaust pressure so the EGR system has the information it needs to work properly.

They will not hold a vacuum since they go straight into the exhaust system.
