questions about 96 rear

Hey guys,

My friend has a rear out of a 96 stang and I was wondering if it would fit in my 03 cobra , I know I would have to use a cobra pinion flange and ill swap over my brakes and brackets but is there anything else I'm missing?

I know this rear is a little shorter than a mach 1 so will my stock cobra wheels work?

Any other input is welcome

cobra wheels will work but you might want a 1/4-1/2" spacer for them to sit more flush.
