I have a roots supercharged 4.6 ford. I am currently making 7.5-8.0 pounds of manifold pressure using a Http://www.allenengine.com supercharger setup. I am currently making 350 rwhp and 400 rwtq through a automatic and independent suspension. Dose the boost a spark work? How much dose it jump the voltage at the coils and at what boost leavels? Dose it improve fuel encomy and allow for a larger plug gap? Can the unit also be rpm controlled. I currently run motor craft awsfa12c spark plugs gaped at .35-.36 and taylor plug wires.

Sorry I can't answer your question on the boost-a-spark, but I am curious, how come you run a plug two steps colder with only 8-10 lbs. boost ?

I was told by jerry worblewski and aed to run a plug 2 steps colder. The act under boost is usualy 50 degrees above ambient.
