Quick Question Tranny Fluid

I searched and found quite a few opinions - wanted to check if any had more thoughts.

Tomorrow I'm doing some 10k maintenance: fuel filter, 4th oil change, and tranny fluid.

There's the rub: I have both Redline D4 ATF and Castroil Dexron III at my disposal. Which fluid and why?

Royal Purple ATF !!! Works good, really... do not know about the others.

My D4 didnt do $h!t for me. I would try the other. I have GM syn going in over the holidays.

I use Royal Purple Synchromax (made for manual tranny's that recommend ATF fluid). Shifts smooth, no problems.
