I just got a magnaflow highflow mid-pipe installed in my truck and it threw a code for a lean condition. I called my tunner and he said that when you make a change in the exhaust that you might have to get a tune or have your tune played with a little bit.

No retune. If you ever get a tune they delete your rear 02's usually anyways.

I'm sorry.. what do you mean in the tune? here in the philippines there aren't any lightning tuners. I do have the LAUNCH system that can read the lightning's errors, codes etc, can i use that?
